To create an appealing brand and visual identity that resonates with South African business owners. Rebrand and launch the Flex online community desktop platform and mobile app with spaces and content dedicated to the needs of both aspiring and established entrepreneurs. Over and above being tasked with branding the community, our goal was to effectively promote the platform via social media channels through a paid and organic strategy.

Our strategy unfolded in layers, beginning with deep market research to understand the pulse of South African entrepreneurs. Armed with insights, we sculpted a vibrant brand and visual identity for Flex that we feel appeals to our target audience. The rebranding extended into the digital realm with the launch of a desktop platform and mobile app, with each space within thoughtfully curated to meet the nuanced needs of the entrepreneurial community.

To amplify Flex’s presence, we adopted a dual-pronged approach on social media, blending paid advertising to gain immediate traction with an organic content strategy designed to build long-term engagement. This involved crafting compelling stories, sharing useful insights, and fostering conversations that resonated with our audience. Through targeted campaigns and a community content strategy, our goal was to attract entrepreneurs to Flex and integrate it seamlessly into their daily business activities, fostering a dynamic and supportive community.

The Result.

Within a swift timeframe of 8 weeks, we successfully rebranded and relaunched the Flex online community, simultaneously rolling out an always-on digital marketing strategy. Since its original inception, the Flex online community now boasts over 31,000 members, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards building an engaged and vibrant digital ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
